All 555g accounts are strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and above, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations. No exceptions apply. Age verification is required before withdrawal privileges are activated.
Each player is permitted one registered account on 555g. Duplicate accounts are grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances. Shared household accounts require prior written approval from 555g support.

By registering an Account on the 555g platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any game or service offered through 555g, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms apply to all Users of the 555g platform, regardless of the device used to access it (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means). To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 555g, you must:
555g reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. All Players must successfully complete the KYC verification process — which includes submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID showing full name and date of birth — before withdrawal of any funds is permitted. 555g may suspend or terminate any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any funds deposited by an ineligible Player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting applicable fees.
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the 555g platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 555g will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 555g support immediately via the live chat function at 555g.bio.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. 555g shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all Accounts. Enabling 2FA adds a secondary verification step to the login process and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your Account security settings.
555g accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier and are displayed at the point of deposit.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted and will be returned to the source account. Processing fees, if any, charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by 555g.
555g does not accept deposits made in cash or cryptocurrency. Attempted deposits via unauthorised payment methods will be declined and funds returned where technically possible. 555g reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
Deposits credited to your Account are made available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt. In the event of a technical error affecting a deposit credit, 555g reserves the right to correct the Account balance accordingly, which may involve reversal of erroneously credited funds.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. The first withdrawal from any Account requires completed KYC verification — submission of a valid government-issued ID showing your full legal name and date of birth. 555g processes withdrawal requests within the timelines stated on the Platform (GCash: 5–15 minutes; bank transfer: same business day), subject to verification requirements and the absence of any pending compliance review.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day vary by Account VIP tier. Players at Gold Reserve tier and above benefit from enhanced daily limits as detailed in the VIP program terms.
555g reserves the right to request additional verification documents — including proof of address, source of funds, or enhanced due diligence documentation — before processing any withdrawal where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending the outcome of such a review.
Withdrawals of Bonus Credit are subject to the completion of all applicable Wagering Requirements. Withdrawal of funds subject to an active Wagering Requirement before satisfaction of that requirement will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Credit and any associated winnings derived therefrom.
555g may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which take precedence over any general bonus provision in these Terms. General bonus conditions applicable to all 555g promotions unless otherwise stated:
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers — is a Prohibited Activity under Section 9 and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Balances.
All games available on 555g are provided by licensed third-party game studios — including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Spade Gaming, Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, and others — under agreements that require those studios to maintain certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and publish independently audited Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. 555g does not control or modify game outcomes and is not responsible for technical malfunctions within third-party game software beyond facilitating access to the games.
In the event of a genuine technical malfunction — a verifiable game error attributable to server or software failure, as distinct from an unfavourable game outcome — 555g will investigate in good faith and may void affected rounds and return wagers to the affected Account. Bets placed after a malfunction becomes apparent will be voided. 555g's decision on malfunction disputes is final.
Players are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with fair play at all times. The following are prohibited during gameplay: collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes; use of external software to calculate odds or make automated betting decisions; exploitation of game bugs or software errors (any Player who discovers such an error must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it); and any conduct intended to defraud 555g or other players.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555g platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate:

555g reserves the right to restrict or suspend any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the Player has requested such a restriction. All content on the 555g platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 555g Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 555g. Any unauthorised use of 555g intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 555g's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
555g shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits or opportunity; losses arising from a Player's own error, failure to read applicable terms, or device/connectivity issues; temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events beyond 555g's reasonable control; or losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
555g collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. 555g complies with applicable Philippine data privacy law in the handling of all personal information.
Personal data collected includes registration details, KYC documents, payment information, gaming activity, and communications with support. This data is used for Account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. 555g does not sell personal data to third parties.
555g reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: a Player is found to have engaged in a Prohibited Activity; a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; 555g has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or illegal activity; required KYC documentation has not been provided; or compliance with a regulatory directive or legal order requires such action.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach, subject to 555g's right of set-off against any amounts owed by the Player to 555g.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to 555g support. Voluntary closure is subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses and the processing of any pending withdrawal requests.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection legislation in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.
In the event of any dispute, Players are encouraged to contact 555g support in the first instance. 555g will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
555g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter Players' substantive rights) may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amended version of the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure before the amendments take effect.
